Sales Department

Our sales department focuses on the following roles and responsibilities:

Looking for the Sales Opportunities with the existing and new clients to purchase our lands and properties.
Organization of effective presentation to the clients regarding the requested Lands and Properties.
Permanent contacts with the client to know their needs and requirements.
Identify the target budget for each year with a following-up percent of the budget realization each quarter of the year.
Definition of Business Opportunities with each client to be considered in the target budget or forecast list.
Development of rapport with all existing and new clients to know their future plan as well as coordination with other Department to reach the strategic goals
